I cannot say enough wonderful things about Genevieve. Every time I visit the store, she is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help, but during my most recent visit she went above and beyond anything I expected. Genevieve took the time to listen to my concerns about stress, weight gain, hormones, and overall health. Instead of rushing the conversation, she asked thoughtful questions, shared her knowledge, and helped me understand possible factors that could be contributing to how I was feeling. She explained the benefits of an alkaline-focused approach, printed out information for me, and even helped me create a simple plan for what to eat, what to avoid, and where to start. What impressed me most was how much she genuinely cared. She made me feel heard, supported, and encouraged. A month later, I was sleeping better, feeling better, and even fitting into clothes that had become too tight. Genevieve has always been helpful whenever I've visited the store, whether I had a quick question or needed guidance, but this experience truly showed how dedicated she is to helping people. This Mom's is great. Pretty good selection. Never any spoiled produce, prices are a little high but as to be expected considering it is a small chain. The employees are great and always helpful. Not a lot of bakery items or meats but that us also expected.

Idk if I wasn’t supposed to be in there because I’m a guy or what. I asked if they had a membership because I haven’t been here before and I was genuinely interested. I was told “ we don’t have memberships here you couldn’t even get one here if you wanted to” idk what the hell that was supposed to mean. But overall attitude of cashier2/10. April 2, 11:45 ish. I hate spending money at rude places

We love MOM’s! This store is always so clean, well stocked, and offers sustainable and locally sourced products - Smithsburg, Thurmont, Middletown, Eldridge, etc. Genevieve in the wellness section gave me some awesome samples to try. Top notch customer service! Can’t imagine not shopping here…

Updated- Jan 2022- they have tons of products on the shelves, Meat case is full!!!, plenty of milk and eggs etc. Sanitizer etc.. With the ongoing shortages they have the best stock I've seen anywhere lately. Great place. Great employees, very helpful. Good food options. Makes me feel good shopping there. Has all the stuff i need..
